Phone up to make a appointment for my week old son about a problem that I have with him to be told that the doctor can’t see him because he isn’t registered there but me telling the front desk that I will register him when I get there been told by the midwife and also health visitor to ring the doctors.. having to tell the front desk what your problem is when it’s got nothing to do with them is disgusting it should be private but you can’t get a appointment without telling them what’s up, the way they talk to you is disgusting always talking down to you, surely they have appointment you ring at 8:05 and they have all gone ‘apparently’ |

My daughter had ear ache and was in distress beyond calpol. I rather not bung up the nhs if possible with anything that could wait for a gp or get better but I needed something to kick it in to touch. The service was so KIND, and caring and quick. I’m sure it’s often packed but we were seen and had collected medicine within 25mins. Amazing and the medicine took effect immediately. Thank you all from lovely reception staff to the nurse we saw. I really appreciate you being there on a Sunday- long May your fantastic service continue. Booked in to see the GP after experiencing abdominal pain for 4 days straight. A couple of wishy washy questions with a doctor i have already complained about once but we kept things polite and she was professional. She said i had a water infection and gave me some anti-biotics. I had to leave a urine sample and shesaid that the antibiotics would take upto 48hours to take effect and that in that time someone would be in touch re the urine results. Today is the 7th and final day of my course of antibiotics and i was still awaiting the results and to be 100%. I ring the practice and mention ab9ut that soneone should have been in touch, the receptionist mentioned that my sample was clear and that there was no infection yet no-one has contacted me. Ive been waiting 4 days over when they sa8d they would contact, still with abdominal pain and now i cant get an appointment until 22/1. Time to change practice i think. |
