I always manage to get an appointment when required. The reception staff are very thorough and listen to your requirements and guide you appropriately. The doctors listen and sort me out. | ||||||

A humiliating explanation of any personal details of any reason for a request to see a doctor is insisted upon. A simple explanation will not be accepted and an appointment refused point blank unless the entire embarrassing details are spelled out. Further more this is normally done in a queue nwith no privacy and in full earshotbof members of the opposite sex. | ||||||

Long standing patients of this practice , all staff are friendly , helpful and supportive. Over the years they have helped us through some difficult conditions with various serious illnesses and conditions. They give you the time you need within the confines of the time available to them , if they can help you they may direct you to a different person within the practice who has a different skill eg practice pharmacist . The receptionists are all very friendly and will help answer your queries and questions with patience ,kindness and knowledge. The Doctors are all excellent and you find the one you feel most comfortable with , every person wants different things from their drs , we have four to choose from. I feel safe in these Doctors care , the practice of course is very busy at all times but I have never had a problem reaching a doctor as they do telephone appointments and surgery appointments , the doctors are well supported by nurse practitioners , sisters and nurses . | ||||||
