The ratings above are made up from previous visits, the below feedback from most recent experience. I have tried booking GP appointment calling intermittently on 2/9/19 and trying to get through to receptionist between 9:30 - 12:00. I waited over 10 minutes at first , then disconnected to try again. My call is being disconnected by the reception, this happened multiple times, I must have had about 10 separate attempts at different times. I decided to visit them in person and drive through the whole city centre, to find out the practice is absolutely deserted and in the 15 mins I spent there sorting my needs, I haven't seen a single soul waiting. Someone called while I was being served, but receptionist turned the volume down immediately. My wife says she has seen the receptionists focusing on their coffee and chatter and ignoring calls on her recent visits. Receptionist who served me had no name bagde, was new to role, inexperienced but helpful. She has done all I asked for with the help of others. One of the reasons I decided to visit was also to receive the letter to register for online appointment booking. Receptionist, who now introduced herself called me when I got home, as forgot to return my Driving licence. I understand this may happen to anyone, especially inexperienced, and as long as DL is not lost I can pick it up on my next visit (hopefully when Triage calls to book apt). Otherwise service from nurses and GPs has been good in the past. |

GP was honest and told me she doesn't have time to care for me or for anyone. Very poor time management and everyone super stressed. Very rude receptionist and non professional. Not that it matters to anyone, nobody will do anything about it as nobody has the time |

As a young adult moving to this area the surgery has done nothing to help me with the prescription of my medicine as they have gone missing. I can't get an appointment for 2 weeks, so I am left without medication for half a month. |
