Worst surgery I have ever been to! For on the day appointments they open at 830 but you call on the dot and your already in a long queue, I was 18th in the queue when I rang at 830. You can never get an appointment, you cant even book an appointment in advance for the next week. The staff are rude, never get seen on time even if the surgery is empty. They always mess up and refuse to give medication you need. I take an antidepressant and I have taken it for a while my previous doctors had on prescription for me but since I've changed they have refused to give it to me. If I could change doctors I would but the closest one in the area wont share patients with them. | ||||||

I have used the online booking service this year on a couple of occasions.
I am really thankful for the excellent staff I have seen which includes very skilled nurses and
Paramedic. | ||||||
