I rang two days trying to get an appointment day one I said I would ring the next day only for its line to be engaged for almost an hour so when I finally got through I was in a long queue once answered I was asked if it was urgent as on emergency appointments only I said I would like to see a Dr I stated part of the reason only for to be put on hold for a few minutes to say no appointments to be honest its getting a habit at the surgery my mother has a lot of health problems she has had no appointment for over a year after leaving a care home and no one has checked her health wise since Christmas last year or had a medication we try not to use the hospital but may have no choice. | ||||||

I usually do not bother with reviews but after having read some of the negative reviews for this practice I thought I would provide another opinion.
Whenever I have had the need to request support from the practice, be that doctors appointments, diabetic nurse or indeed repeat prescriptions I could not fault the service provided.
Efficient and always courteous I can not recommend the practice highly enough.

We were concerned when shiphay manor combined with chelston hall and barton.But apart from having to wait to get through to various departments.We have been pleasantly surprised.Sadly but not uncommomly you cannot always see your favourite GP,but the ones we have seen have always been very helpful and friendly.Considering the pressure that parts of the health service are under.We cannot complain and up to now are very pleased,when we hear about the problems people are gaving with some practices.Keep it up Chelston Hall,you are ahead of the game. | ||||||
