Feb 21 2017 I visited this care home on numerous occasions to see a relative who sadly past away from natural causes but had spent a year living there, the positive I found to the care home was that the staff that were employed by Bupa to work there really cared about the residents, I however found that the constant stream of temping staff they seemed to use rarely seemed to care about what was happening. I found the unit that my relative was staying on to be unclean most of the time and reported it to management on numerous occasions but never really saw a change, I don't believe the windows were cleaned once during my relatives stay! I found that the majority of meals on offer consisted of quite stodgy food and I'm sure some of the residents would prefer to be offered healthier options every now and then, i would think twice about having another family member moved into this home.
