Unfortunately the "care" I expected has been blown with nothing but absolute bad manners and not been listened to. I have to go Springfield for help but unfortunately the help and care have honestly not been great. I feel that I am told what to do, not understanding the situation I'm in. It's just a mess and I'm fed up of being treated so badly when no staff members listen and management just seem to be okay with it all. Absolutely upsetting and I would not recommend it to anyone. I was reluctant to attend the SWL&StG Recovery College at first but it has been instrumental in my recovery and the subject matters taught were insightful and a great place to meet passionate staff and other like minded individuals who really care about service users. By signing up to these courses I have learnt a lot about myself, my condition and how I can move forward with this knowledge, it is a great service for all and I highly recommend it to anyone.
