Staff uninterested in your background of why you are here, we are all left with nothing much to do. You get more luxury’s in prison then at Farnham road, staff are so rude and talk to you as if you’re a criminal. When there was an incident involving a patient trying to hang themselves they punished that patient by removing everything from their room, took all clothes, towels bedding etc and walked out the room and left them there upset on their own rather then sitting down and having a chat, all staff stayed well clear and made it so obvious they were avoiding them. Everyone is here for different reasons yet staff aren’t interested, we’re treated like second class citizens. It’s disgraceful, how they can get away with this, there’s about 2% of staff that are nice but they still don’t take much of an interest in how you got here. Not everyone is here because of drugs!!! |

This hospital is about containment not treatment. You are treated like a criminal, or perhaps worse. Shoved into a room with a rubber covered mattress and a rubber covered beanbag. There is a metal toilet, a tiny hand basin and a TV bolted to the wall. Staff ranged from just disinterested to very unpleasant. Not even offered a cup of water, let alone any food or medical help. Beyond appalling. |
