Reply from Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust Tue, 13 Jan 2015 09:45:06 Z Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on the service you received, and I am really pleased you had such a positive experience. I really appreciate the difficulties that you describe for your mother and your family with coming to terms with any memory problems and it is good to hear that this was handled sensitively and adeptly by one of the Memory Service staff. I will share the feedback with the team and their manager. Best wishes and many thanks once again. Jo Cook (Head of Psychology and Patient Experience Lead for Older People's services) |

I used the drop in clinic and despite it being busy I was seen quickly and the service from the nurse, Doctor and health care assistant was fantastic. Very professional and friendly and they kept me informed about everything they were doing. Original Comment Report... |
