Nelson ward , Lambeth hospital SLAM .. is a hell hole not fit to look after animals let alone mentally ill patients who require care and compassion.. not patient care just abuse and squalid conditions.. worse than jail ... needs a body to turn up unannounced and undercover investigations.. no diversity in staff either , food is terrible, no basic comfort just made to feel abused and punished |

Nelson ward : while I know it is acute care , there is no or little care . If fact jail would be better .. The way staff treat patients is disgusting and inhuman .. it need an inspection undercover not announced . They are abusive. How can you treat people ( human beings ) who are sick like that. The ward is squalid , no comfort or basic hygiene for patients welfare .. how can anyone get well in that sort of environment .. human rights are being violated I can guarantee. A few staff are trying but the majority clearly take out their frustrations on patients and are abusive .. I will be directly complaining to the NHS .. not for myself but the patients who deserve much better ... |
