Reply from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust Wed, 03 Oct 2018 15:27:41 +0100 Thank you for your open and honest feedback on the care you received on Tyson West 2. We are pleased that your overall experience was mostly positive and will pay attention to the parts of the treatment programme which was not experienced as particularly helpful to your recovery. Patient feedback remains extremely important to us as it is utilised to review and improve the care that we offer to those coming in to our service. Once again thank you, and we would like to wish you success with your recovery |

I am a carer of someone who attended the Touchstone course and would very much like to commend everyone involved for the care that went into this course. I found the period leading up to acceptance on to the course somewhat stressful for both of us but, once the person I care for had started the course, things got better. If you are a prospective patient or carer, it's worth waiting for. If you created this course concept, thank you. If you cared for the attendees, whether as cook, CPN., administrator, psychotherapist, thank you. I wish the Data Protection policy weren't quite so onerous in respect of carers but I understand there is orobably good reason for this. I write these comments in the hope they will be positively helpful to QVC, SLaM and Croydon Council. I should hope for less turnaround re Care Co-ordinators, who are a very necessary backup. I am very grateful for the SLaM Recovery College provision which means we can continue to learn how to improve life for those we care for and gain a better understanding of how the illness affects people. Wanted to thank all the staff on Gresham 1 for all their help and support, I was discharged from their yesterday afternoon and feel like I got a lot of help and support this time round being a inpatient. I feel like I've left with a lot of new coping methods and also positive ways of thinking which will help me so much.
Thank you ??????
