that the factual statements within it are true and that the feel very let down with the help I have been given for my mental health seems like if I don't accept antidepressants then there is not alot on offer on my last visit the doctor kept asking me what I want her to do and why did I come to see her I was made to feel like I wasted her time all I needed was someone to listen and show some compassion and understanding.I've seen more caring doctors in the past but the nice ones all seem to leave the practice. If someone doesn't have compassion or empathy for a person then I think they are in the wrong profession. | ||||||

Hi I had appointment with doctor I liked , until naw, we came to and I was worried about my sons privat area , I’m not a doctor I don’t know if it should be or not! She was laughing , smiling It make me feel that I’m stupid , the she asked other doctor to came and take a look, other doctor was more professional she explain to me everything , she was pilite .. plus she have trainee person .. basically I will never go back to here! | ||||||

I have to say that in the past I have not been a great fan of this particular practice because of the unfortunate attitude of some of the doctors and other staff there but I have recently had dealings with them as a result of my mother needing an urgent call out appointment. Both the doctor who was sent out and the follow up telephone conversations with another doctor, have been very impressive. The latter has been particularly helpful and courteous and was quite happy to spend time discussing blood results and suggested treatment plans. She is a great asset to the surgery so it’s a great pity that today is her last day there as a registrar doctor. Some of the more established staff would benefit by adopting her attitude to patients and her extremely courteous and helpful manner. Credit where credit is due!
