Twice I have called on behalf of my infant son and not been able to see a doctor. Both times the receptionist told me I would be contacted by the duty doctor and I was never called back. Let with a&e as the only option. A real shame this practice can’t prioritise infants and children. Impossible to get an appointment on the day. |

Very sad state of affairs as this surgery used to be so good. This is the first time I have ever placed a poor review online but feel strongly that improvements must be made. Overall management needs drastic improvement. Effecting many peoples mental as well as physical health. Lack of patient care as system has become cumbersome and bogged down by unnecessary new rules and what feels like antiquated processes. As a consequence, it’s hard to access health professionals and easy to get misdiagnosed (or more often, not diagnosed at all). Never found it so hard to get help. My actual Dr is good (though I have never been allowed to actually see him!!) but getting to him is a minefield of obstacles and issues. |
